- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆August 06, 2019, by James DossGreat people, very friendly. However, if you’re filling propane onsite, their rate is more than a dollar per gallon more expensive than Tractor Supply. I fill my tanks at tractor supply for around $35. It was $61 here. Their price wasn’t listed that I saw, and Tractor Supply had run out. I was shocked at the register when they gave me the total with a rate of $3.50/gal when Tractor Supply was $2.29/gal. I fealt robbed on an 8 degree morning. I won’t be back.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 11, 2019, by Danny NullWe purchased a set of Mtn Oak Monessem gas logs. We were unhappy with the amount of heat they put out. The logs are fiber and do not seem to hold the heat at all. After 3 calls we have never received any offer of any kind to address the issue. I rate their customer service and the sales people knowledge very poor.
